We will be experiencing shipping delays due to our office and shipping facility moving to new locations. Customers who need to send or return a printer or other items to us should use the address provided by their Customer Care or Technical Support agent.
Please be aware of the following schedule and plan your orders accordingly:
- Our online store will be down on Sunday, Feb. 28 due to scheduled maintenance.
- No orders will be shipped on March 4 and March 5 due to our office moving locations. To ensure that your order ships prior to those dates, please be sure to place it no later than March 3 at 12:00 p.m. PST. Orders placed after that time will not ship until the following week.
- Same-Day shipping is NOT guaranteed the week of March 8 through March 14. While we will be working hard to ship orders, we can not guarantee our usual same-day shipping policies due to our office and shipping facilities moving locations.
