mPower Firmware update fails
If an update failed occurs, press OK and press the <Right Arrow> and to go down the Retry the specified failed update. The printer will then proceed to retry the specific failed update. The printer will then attempt to reinstall the failed update. Once finished, update will prompt the operator to remove the USB and restart the printer. Once the USB has been removed, turn on the printer. Be sure to confirm the printer model and firmware version number displayed under the About Printer Menu as the one downloaded from the AnaJet website. Update failed multiple times. If the update fails more the once, note the percentage the update failed and block number. Perform the update again and if the update fails at the same point, notify technical support. If however the update fails at a different point, try again or contact technical support.
