Head Voltage Error
If the printer detects the print voltages are of out of tolerance, the printer will attempt to calibrate the head drive voltage. If the printer is unable calibrate the print heads, the control panel will display a Voltage Error and prompts the operator decided whether to continue with print.
Continuing with print may result in print discoloration. Head Recalibration can be accomplished in the <Diagnostic> Menu under the Print Head tab. To Recalibrate the Print Head Drive Board Voltages, in the <Diagnostics> Menu under the Print Head tab select Calibrate Head Voltages.
