To successfully complete the Ricoh DTG Onboarding Program, please complete the following:

1. Read the User Manual for your RICOH Ri 1000 or RICOH Ri 2000 direct-to-garment printer.
2. Complete your onboarding program:
   • Ricoh Ri 1000 Onboarding
   • Ricoh Ri 2000 Onboarding
3. Ricoh DTG University. Get more in-depth training on how to operate and maintain your direct-to-garment printer. Register.
4. Pass the quiz! Yes, there is actually a quiz at the end of the Ricoh DTG Onboarding Program! We’re confident you will pass if you complete each of the above steps.
