Extracting Printer Logs

Insert a flash drive into the front USB port
On the 'Settings' tab (the gear ⚙ icon, 5th tab on the bottom), access the service menu by tapping the following combination on the areas indicated below. [1]→[2]→[2]→[3]
Once you have accessed the service menu, tap 'Extract Log'.
Tap 'Yes' on the confirmation prompt, and wait for the extraction to finish.
Once completed, press 'OK'.
Exit the service menu once completed by tapping 'Return'.
Remove the flash drive, which should have a zip folder with the following naming structure.
1. Year
2. Month
3. Day
4. Serial Number
5. Firmware Version
