Extracting Printer Logs

Insert a flash drive into the front USB port
- On the 'Settings' tab (the gear ⚙ icon, 5th tab on the bottom), access the service menu by tapping the following combination on the areas indicated below. [1]→[2]→[2]→[3]
- Once you have accessed the service menu, tap 'Extract Log'.
- Tap 'Yes' on the confirmation prompt, and wait for the extraction to finish.
- Once completed, press 'OK'.
- Exit the service menu once completed by tapping 'Return'.
- Remove the flash drive, which should have a zip folder with the following naming structure.
- Year
- Month
- Day
- Serial Number
- Firmware Version
