- Protect your investment. Completing the Onboarding Program is necessary for ensuring warranty coverage of your machine. Failure to complete the Onboarding Program will void your warranty.

To successfully complete the Ricoh DTG Onboarding Program, please complete the following:
- Read the User Manual for your RICOH Ri 1000X direct-to-garment printer.
- Complete the Online Onboarding Program:
- (OPTIONAL) Register for the Live Training Webinar hosted by a RICOH DTG Onboarding Specialist every other Friday at 9AM (PST) who will answer any questions you have and provide additional insight on best printing practices and techniques. Register here!
- (OPTIONAL) Set-up Appointment to get more in-depth training on how to operate and maintain your direct-to-garment printer. Once unboxed and powered on, work with a RICOH DTG technician who will introduce you to the world of DTG, walk you through your first prints, and make sure you're all ready to go. Schedule an appointment here!
- Pass the quiz! Yes, there is actually a quiz at the end of the Ricoh DTG Onboarding Program! After passing, you will have completed the onboarding. We're confident you will pass if you complete each of the above steps!
