- Protect your investment. Completing the Onboarding Program is necessary for ensuring warranty coverage of your machine. Failure to complete the Onboarding Program will void your warranty.

To successfully complete the Ricoh DTG Onboarding Program, please complete the following:
- Read the User Manual for your RICOH Ri 4000 direct-to-garment printer.
- Complete the Online Onboarding Program:
- (OPTIONAL) Set-up Appointment to get more in-depth training on how to operate and maintain your direct-to-garment printer. Once unboxed and powered on, work with a RICOH DTG technician who will introduce you to the world of DTG, walk you through your first prints, and make sure you're all ready to go.
