Service Calls

Service Call 900 - HRB Fuse Blown

Service Call 900 indicates that the electrical components connecting the CTL and Carriage have shorted, typically damaging both parts.

Usually both the CTL and Carriage will need to be replaced to resolve this error- it is highly recommended to work with our Technical Support Team for additional guidance.

Service Call 910, 911, 912 - Fan Lock Detection

Service Calls 910, 911, and 912 all point to a defect in the mist fans located at the back of the machine.

Usually, the fans will need to be replaced to resolve the error, however, to temporarily bypass the error you can access the service menu and disable the fans.

From the settings screen, tap the pattern on the hidden squares shown below on the display.

Once on the service screen, go to 'Printer System' and scroll down to 'Mist Fan Setting' at the bottom. Set 'Mist Fan' to 'Off' and exit to return to the main screen.

You will want to leave the hood up while the fans are off to prevent misting issues. This will cause an error state, in order to bypass it you must block the hood sensor as shown.

This is not a permanent solution, so make sure to work with our Technical Support Team as soon as possible to fully resolve this error.
