We are providing this update to inform you of the current status of Ricoh DTG’s operations and how it may affect your business in light of COVID-19.
We are committed to doing what’s best to protect public health and safety — while also continuing to provide you with what you need to maintain your businesses.
Please understand that our ability to provide services may change as state and federal orders continue to develop. Currently, we are operating at full capacity with nearly all staff working from home and a minimal number of our team remaining at our facilities to perform in-person work that is vital to serving our role in the operations and supply chains of our customers. Among the small number working on-site, social distancing and good hygiene is strictly practiced.
We are continually monitoring the situation and will keep this page updated with the most current information regarding our company during this time.
Technical Support is maintaining its usual hours of operation, which are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm PST. Please contact us as you normally would if you need help flushing your machine or require other technical assistance.
Shipping is operating as normal. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 pm PST will ship the same business day. For status on an order, please contact Customer Care at 1-877-626-2538 Ext. 3 or email fulfillment@RicohDTG.com.
Remember to leave your machine powered on to maintain vital automated maintenance functions. For RICOH Ri 1000 owners, if you are not running your printer, save money on ink and protect your print head using these guidelines.
