As of June 1, 2020, Anajet will become a fully integrated division of Ricoh Printing Systems America, Inc. The changes brought about by this merger are largely behind the scenes and will not affect our current products and services. In the coming weeks, the old Anajet logo will be phased out and we will rebrand as the direct-to-garment printing division of RPSA under the Ricoh logo. Everything else will remain the same.
Why is Anajet merging with Ricoh Printing Systems America, Inc.?
As many of you know, Ricoh Printing Systems America, Inc. acquired Anajet in 2016. The reason Ricoh acquired Anajet was to expand its industrial printing division and empower customers with direct-to-garment printing, a technology that was still very new at the time.
Over the last four years, Anajet has been in the process of transitioning into the Ricoh family of companies. Together, Ricoh and Anajet have made huge strides in improving the print technology and services that made Anajet an early pioneer in the direct-to-garment industry — and now makes Ricoh the industry leader in direct-to-garment printing.
This merger is the formal last step we have taken to become an official division of Ricoh Printing Systems America, Inc. By officially merging into Ricoh, our companies are able to further streamline our operations and ultimately better-serve you, our customers.
How does this affect me as a customer?
Please rest assured that we are maintaining our regular operations and this will not affect your orders or our products and services.
Has Anajet gone out of business?
