AnaJet mPower Series End of Life Notification

Dear Valued Customers,

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that we will retire the AnaJet mPower Series of direct to garment printers on August 31, 2019.

AnaJet is proud to serve as a trailblazer in the direct to garment printing industry. When the mPower was released in 2012, it was one of the first purpose-built commercial DTG printers and featured high-performance capabilities that were ahead of their time.

The decision to retire the mPower Series is based on AnaJet’s commitment to continually improve the quality and performance of its products for our customers. By sunsetting the mPower Series, we will be able to invest more resources in the development and improvement of our new generation of direct to garment printers, including the flagship RICOH Ri 1000.

What does this mean for you and your company?

  • AnaJet/Ricoh will no longer develop or manufacture parts specific to mPower Series machines.
  • On-site and factory repairs will no longer be available for mPower machines. Please contact us to obtain contact information for a qualified third-party mPower repair service.
  • Current extended warranties will be honored up until their end date, but new extended warranties are no longer available for purchase.
  • New hardware and software technology will not guarantee backward compatibility with the mPower Series.
  • AnaRIP updates will not support mPower Series machines.
  • Free Technical Support services will end on July 31, 2020.

We regret any issues that may arise for our customers by announcing this product’s end of life, and we are committed to providing continued free Technical Support via phone and email over the next 12 months.

We are excited about moving forward with the new advances in DTG technology that we have been able to incorporate into the new RICOH Ri 1000, and we have special pricing available to help mPower users upgrade their machines. Please contact your sales representative for details.
